Eastlake is a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio, located in Lake County, Ohio, United State. As of the 2020 census, the population was 18,070.

Eastlake is situated along the shores of Lake Erie, hence the name. It was a farming community and was officially named in 1882 but did not incorporate as a city until 1911. William J. Smith donated acreage for a park to the city on December 10, 1911. Eastlake is also a scenic community sandwiched between the Shenango River and the Pennsylvania Railroad.

It has an area of 10.94 square miles.

POPULATION

As of the census of 2010, were 18,070 people, 7,065 households, and 4,957 families living in the city. The racial makeup of the city was 96.5% White, 0.5% African American, 0.2% Native American, 0.5% Asian, 0.4% from other races, and 0.5% from two or more races. Hispanics or Latinos were 1.4% of the population.
