Orland is a city in Glenn County, California, in the United States. As of the 2020 census, the population was 7,553, up from 7,367 in 2010. Orland is located 16 km (10 miles) north of Willows, California, at an elevation of 256 meters (840 feet).

Orland was founded in 1875 as a stopping point of the California and Oregon Railroad. It was named after Orland Stephens, a railroad surveyor who was instrumental in routing the railroad through the area. In 1876, the Orland post office opened.
