Commerce, California, in Los Angels county, is a small city with a population of 13,222 as of 2020, with 3.76 square miles of land area. Commerce is the 254th largest community in California, bordering Bell Gardens, Downey, Los Angeles, and West Hollywood.
Notable sites in Commerce include the Commerce Casino, a major poker card room; the Citadel Outlet Mall; and the Commerce Hotel and Casino. In addition, The city supports a full-service police department, a major rail yard, a Superior Court, three parks, and a 35-acre motion picture, television, and music production studio.
